Visual Vehicle Condition Report
As vehicles become more and more reliable, many of us have lost many of the basic maintenance skills (if we ever had them in the first place!).
And with the long intervals between services, we see your car less frequently to keep a check on its condition for you. As a result, whenever you visit a Vauxhall Retailer, we will complete a Visual Vehicle Condition report** which highlights if any attention is required on areas of your vehicle which could directly affect your safety.
Within the report, our trained technicians will clearly identify areas of concern, if they need to be addressed in the next few months or indeed if everything is fine. There is NO obligation and no work will be carried out without your prior consent.
This is an ongoing process to help deliver the professional, quality service that we have set as our standard.
* Excluding tyres which come with their own manufacturer's warranty, this does not affect your statutory rights.
** There are some exceptions. Where your car is receiving a Major Service or a MOT, where the relevant safety areas are already checked as a matter of course, a duplicate Visual Vehicle Condition report will not be completed. Only available at participating Retailers.
